Family of boy killed by drink-driver 'can't grieve'
The family of Kaylan Hippsley, 13, who was killed by a drink-driver, said the sentence handed to his killer has left them feeling "really angry".
The 13-year-old was hit by a car being driven by Harley Whiteman, 19, while walking with friends to a youth club in Hirwaun, Rhondda Cynon Taf, on 29 February.
Whiteman has been sentenced to six years and nine months after admitting causing death by dangerous driving.
"We can’t actually grieve for Kaylan, remember the happy memories, because we’re left fighting to try and get justice," his mum Lisa said.
