City square engulfed in vivid foam art exhibit

A huge cloud of foam has engulfed a Bradford square as part of a kaleidoscopic art installation.

The multicoloured "Island of Foam" event filled Centenary Square as part of the UK City of Culture celebrations.

The project, created by German artist Stephanie Lüning, has travelled the world over recent months.

On its website, Bradford 2025 said the foam was "94% water, 5% food colouring and 1% soap".
