Leadsom would not campaign for election bet candidates
Andrea Leadsom has said the claims about Conservative candidates and officers betting on the date of the general election was a "terrible story".
The former Tory minister said people were innocent until proven guilty, but she would not campaign for someone who was "under that cloud".
Rishi Sunak has said his party was carrying out "internal inquiries", separate from the Gambling Commission, looking into alleged bets by Tories.
