Flooded streets, inundated cars and tangled power lines - Jamaicans assess damage
Floods have hit Jamaica's capital Kingston as Hurricane Melissa moves across the Caribbean, with 30 inches (76cm) of rain expected in some parts of the country.
Roads are blocked in the capital and some locals are wading through floodwaters to clear up the trail of wreckage.
Local government minister Desmond McKenzie says the entire country has "felt the brunt of Melissa", which is now a category four hurricane.
