Dashcam films robber wrestling and kicking courier

Footage has been released showing the moment a robber wrestled a delivery driver to the ground and kicked him before stealing a package.

Demetri Draco attacked the courier, who was delivering a mobile phone to an address in Green Lane, Derby, on 24 June, Derbyshire Police said.

The force said the attack was captured on the victim's dashcam, which led to Draco's arrest, adding the driver was not seriously injured.

The 32-year-old, of Lindley Terrace, in Nottingham, pleaded guilty to robbery and was jailed for 15 months on 3 September at Derby Crown Court.
