Wales or Westminster - who is in charge of what?

Polling day is almost here and there are probably lots of voters out there with plenty of questions they would still like to have answered.

Here in Wales it is sometimes tricky to know what impact devolution has had on those issues which are important to us all.

Take immigration, the NHS or the environment, for example - what exactly gets decided at the Senedd and what falls within Westminster's remit?
