'The charity that helped my son learn to walk'
A six-year-old boy with Down’s syndrome has learnt how to walk thanks to the work of a Shropshire charity that receives funding from Children in Need.
Jaxson, from Telford, wasn’t able to stand or even pull himself up before he started going to The Movement Centre in Oswestry.
His mother Clare says she doesn’t know where her son would be without the support of the charity.
It currently supports 50 children and relies on grants from charities like Children in Need to enable it to provide specialised therapy.
