Watch from launch to landing: All-female crew travels into space

The crew included Katy Perry, Amanda Nguyen, Gayle King, Aisha Bowe, Kerianne Flynn, and Lauren Sanchez.

The flight lasted around 11 minutes and crossed the internationally recognised boundary of space.

The last all female crew was a Soviet cosmonaut, Valentina Tereshkova's. She completed a solo spaceflight in 1963.
