More women needed in judicial roles - top judge
More women need to be persuaded to apply for senior roles in the justice system, Scotland's top female judge has said.
Lady Dorrian was the first woman to be appointed Lord Justice Clerk.
At present, only nine of Scotland's 37 judges are female.
Speaking to BBC Scotland ahead of her retirement, Lady Dorrian said there is "room for improvement" in achieving male-female equity in judicial roles.
