'Honesty, empathy' urged from Wales' next leader

What do people want from the next first minister of Wales?

After the resignation of Vaughan Gething, people on Albany Road in Roath, Cardiff, say they would like his successor to be charismatic, have empathy and be honest and upfront.

"The cost of living is killing, and it feels like the government don't really understand our plight," said one.

Mr Gething announced on Tuesday that he would quit after just four months, following several controversies and the resignations of a number of his colleagues.
