Watch: Lava soars 1,100ft above Hawaii's Kilauea in latest eruption

Hawaii's Kilauea volcano, one of the world's most active, erupted again on 9 November shooting a massive fountain of lava into the air.

The US Geological Survey said the volcano erupted continuously for nearly 5 hours, with lava reaching 1000 - 1100ft (300-330 m) during this event.

According to the USGS, this is the 36th eruption episode since December 2024.
