Forceful floodwaters in Cebu province, Philippines, picked up and rolled shipping containers on 4 November.
At least three people have died, disaster management officials say. Residents were forced to seek shelter from the high water on rooftops.
Ahead of Typhoon Kalmaegi, the Office of Civil Defence said "close to 150,000" people had been evacuated.
