From 'I know nowt about politics' to election savvy

Kain Jones-Jemson is a builder and, by his own admission, knows "absolutely nothing" about politics.

The 21-year-old, from Middlesbrough, is one of many young people across the UK who are not engaged in the process of how the country is run.

Ahead of the general election on 4 July, the Teessider is attempting to "get to the bottom of this election malarkey" for the BBC.
