Gavin and Stacey fans watch final day of filming

Gavin and Stacey superfans gathered to see the final scenes of the hit sitcom being filmed this week.

Filming began in September, and there have been queues to see the show's stars at locations across the Vale of Glamorgan.

Show co-creators, James Corden and Ruth Jones, confirmed in May the comedy would return for a final episode, to be shown on Christmas Day.

During filming in Dinas Powys, in Vale of Glamorgan, fan Owain Cleese said: "It puts Barry on the map."
