Camper van explodes and cars set alight in Barry

The moment a camper van exploded into a fireball on a street in Vale of Glamorgan was captured on film by a passer-by.

Four other vehicles were also set alight in suspected arson attacks across Barry on Tuesday night.

Firefighters were called to Holton Road where the camper had been parked and later to Coldbrook Road where another van had been destroyed by flames.

The same evening also saw them attend car fires on Tensing Terrace and Ash Grove, all of which are being investigated.
