'We know we're lucky to be picked for Glastonbury'

A musician from Newcastle is to headline this year's BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury.

Lizzie Esau, from Heaton, will join performers including Antony Szmierek, Jordan Mackampa and Paris Paloma on the stage over the weekend.

The singer-songwriter and her band joined us for a live session to showcase her music and talk all things Glasto.

The gates to Glastonbury Festival 2024 officially opened at 08:00 BST on Wednesday.
