Conservative Penny Mordaunt loses seat to Labour
Leader of the House of Commons Penny Mordaunt has lost her former seat in Portsmouth North constituency.
Traditionally a bellwether seat, Labour's Amanda Martin has won with 14,495 votes, to Mordaunt's 13,715 - an 18% swing.
