Social farming creates opportunities for people with additional needs
Young adults with additional needs have been learning the ins-and-outs of rural life through social farming schemes in Northern Ireland.
The group has been taught how to look after animals, tend to stables, and manage paddocks at Primrose Cottage Farm in Saintfield.
Jonny Walker from the Four G Day Opportunities group in Dundonald said the outings have been transformative for the young people involved.
