Watch as fire rips through disused historic building

Police have said it believes a fire that gutted a derelict historic building in Chesterfield may have been started deliberately.

Firefighters were called to the disused Brampton Manor, in Old Road, at about 17:30 BST on Tuesday and put out the blaze.

Investigators said the blaze was so intense they were unable to establish a cause.

However, Derbyshire Police said it could be a potential arson attack and appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
