Mum fears rapper could gain status over 'horrendous' murder lyrics
Margaret Mizen has expressed shock at reports that the killer of her son recorded music referencing the murder.
Her comment comes after the Ministry of Justice launched an investigation into Jake Farhi over reports that he is a drill rap artist who released a song that made specific references to the 2008 murder of 16-year-old Jimmy Mizen.
Farhi was jailed for life with a minimum term of 14 years. He was released on license in June 2023.
Ms Mizen told BBC Breakfast that she was "a little bit numb" said that she would like answers over why these lyrics were allowed.
