Eluned Morgan hopes to 'turn new page' for Welsh Labour

"This is about turning a new page," says Eluned Morgan as she is announced as the new Welsh Labour leader.

The former health secretary is now set to become Wales' first female first minister and says she views it as a "fresh start" for the Welsh government.

Apologising to the public for the "past few weeks," she adds: "We're going to go out and listen to what the people want."
