Cameroon: Medical graduates looking for alternative employment
The number of out-of-work doctors in Cameroon has soared since a change in government policy that drastically limits the number of jobs in the public health service offered to new medical school graduates.
Since cost-cutting measures were introduced in 2020, young doctors say they have to find alternative ways to make a living and not all of them are legal.
