Maldives 'will go to the dogs', says ousted leader

The ousted president of the Maldives says he is determined to stay in the Maldives and fight for a return to power.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Mohamed Nasheed, who says he was forced to resign on Tuesday amid protests over his rule.

It is thought his family have fled to Sri Lanka, but Mr Nasheed says he does not intend to leave the country.
