N Korea leadership 'looks comical but is deadly serious'

North Korea is variously portrayed as unpredictable, unhinged and on occasion, slightly comical.

But as the world's attention is focused once again on the peninsula, how much do we really know about the young Kim Jong-un?

Should we take him and the other senior leadership more seriously?
