US delays test over N Korea tension

The tension and uncertainty between western powers and Pyongyang is at such a level that Washington has declared it is postponing an intercontinental ballistic missile test scheduled for next week.

British Foreign Secretary William Hague said earlier that international powers should keep calm and not respond to the aggressive statements that have been coming out of Pyongyang in the last few weeks.
