Hiroshima: 'Death fell from the sky', Obama says on historic visit

Barack Obama has became the first serving US leader to visit Hiroshima in Japan where at least 140,000 men, women and children were killed more than 70 years ago.

At the city's Peace Memorial Park, Mr Obama called for a world without nuclear arms.
