Melbourne's taxis create traffic jam in protest over reforms

As the state government in Victoria plans reforms to taxi licensing - partly in response to ride-sharing app Uber - taxi drivers protested against the impact it will have on their finances.

The licences were worth up to A$275,000 (£170,000; $210,000) each in 2015 - and fell to about $150,000 last year.
