A Ukranian air force plane crashed near Kharkiv killing at least 22 people

A Ukrainian military aircraft has crashed on landing near the eastern city of Kharkiv, killing at least 22 people. The Antonov-26 was carrying cadets from Kharkiv Air Force University on a training flight.

At least two people were injured, and a search operation is continuing for three missing people.

The cause of the crash is being investigated.
