Gibraltar UK deal with Spain 'a boost for economy'

Fabian Picardo, Gibraltar's chief minister, has told the BBC that the UK-Spain free-movement border deal covering the British Oveseas Territory will be good for the entire region.

Spanish Europe Minister ​Juan González-Barba says that through the deal the UK has allowed Gibraltar to take part in some EU policies that the UK will not.
