A man is in custody in connection with a shooting in Dublin on Saturday.
The incident happened at about 13:00 local time at Bernard Curtis House in the Bluebell area in the south of the city.
A man and a woman were seriously injured and are being treated at hospital for their wounds.
Four men were originally arrested by the Garda (Irish police); three of them from Northern Ireland and a fourth from Dublin.
Three of the men were released on Sunday.
The woman, 30, and the man, aged in his early 30s, are both understood to be in a serious condition at St James' Hospital.
A number of people, including a child, were in the flat at the time of the shooting.
Gardaí suspect the attack might be related to a row involving dissident republicans from Northern Ireland and Dublin, Irish broadcaster RTÉ has reported.
They have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
