Dublin: Michael Tormey shot after attending house party

Gardaí (Irish police) have described the murder of a man in his home in west Dublin as "a callous attack".
Michael Tormey was found shot dead outside his home on Thomond Road, Ballyfermot, just before 05:00 local time on Sunday 9 January.
He had been socialising at a pub and a house party before returning to his home in the early hours of Sunday morning.
His body was found in the front garden with multiple shot wounds.
Police said there was no obvious motive at this time.
Irish broadcaster RTÉ News has reported that his killers called to his address in the early hours of Sunday morning.
RTÉ reported that "words were exchanged" before Mr Tormey was shot dead with a handgun in front of his home.
Superintendent Tony Twomey said the "callous" attack occurred while Mr Tormey's wife and child were asleep in the house.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information or anyone with camera footage to come forward.
