Ukraine envoy says it is the UN's responsibility 'to stop the war'

Ukraine's UN envoy Sergiy Kyslytsya has said it is the responsibility of the United Nations to prevent conflict with Russia in his country.

He was speaking at an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council meeting shortly after President Putin announced a military operation in Ukraine's Donbas region.
