Guernsey Airport commercialization is investigated

  • Published

The feasibility, practicalities and costs of commercializing Guernsey Airport will be investigated by the island's government.

It follows a report into the subject by York Aviation, which raised some concerns regarding the way the airport was currently run by the States.

These included an inability to make changes quickly, including reacting to customer needs.

The States approved a budget of £50,000 for the investigation work.
