Bailiwick of Guernsey sends Jubilee message to Queen

Guernsey's Lieutenant-Governor has congratulated Queen Elizabeth II on her Diamond Jubilee.
Air Marshal Peter Walker sent a message on behalf of the Bailiwick of Guernsey and its dignitaries.
He said: "The people of the Bailiwick of Guernsey have the happiest memories of Your Majesty's many visits."
The Lieutenant-Governor's office also announced 396 Diamond Jubilee medals were being issued to emergency personnel in the Bailiwick.
