Guernsey bus strike called off as operator agrees to talks

  • Published

A strike by bus drivers was called off on the eve of industrial action after Guernsey's bus operator agreed to further talks.

CT Plus took over the bus services in April and has made various changes to the drivers' terms and conditions.

The latest, involving changes to rotas and sign in and out times, prompted the threat of strike action.

The company has agreed to delay introducing any changes until more talks take place on 23 January.
