Condor Ferries Poole-Channel Islands sailings cancelled

  • Published

Condor Ferries has cancelled Friday's high-speed sailings between Poole and the Channel Islands due to "adverse weather conditions".

Strong westerly winds and rain have been forecast for the day.

The company said passengers would be contacted about rearranging their travel plans.

Its conventional ferry services, which run between Portsmouth and Guernsey and Jersey, have also been rescheduled due to the weather.

The Commodore Clipper was due to travel to Guernsey and then on to Jersey before returning to Portsmouth, but will now go to Jersey first.
