Fees for planning and building controls are to rise in February

Fees for planning and building controls in Guernsey are rising.

The Development and Planning Authority is increasing the prices by 7.3% from 5 February.

Planning fees last increased in January 2020 and building control charges last rose in September 2021.

A new fee for installing large scale renewable energy equipment has been added and the cost of applying to remove a hedge has been reduced.
