A man who entered the TT course during Monday's Supersport race, narrowly missing some of the leading riders, has received "stern words" from police.
Witnesses said the man, who "was not drunk", made a "split decision" to retrieve a can which had rolled into the road shortly before riders arrived.
While police said no further action would be taken against him, they warned about the dangers of entering the road.
Bikers can reach speeds of up to 150mph on Bray Hill during racing.
