Jersey churches deliver dramatised gospel CD

About 45,000 CDs are being delivered to households in Jersey, in a campaign by local churches to encourage people to find the time to read the Bible.
The CD contains Mark's Gospel, that has been dramatised by the Riding Lights Theatre Company.
Reverend Liz Hunter, from St Helier Methodist Centre, said the dramatisation was a fresh way of bringing the Bible to people.
Households will start to receive the CD from Monday.
Ms Hunter said: "It's more like a radio play than a story, with a variety of accents used throughout."
The project has been backed by the Bible Society.
Ms Hunter said the CDs would be delivered throughout September.
