Move to expand Jersey Live to three days

  • Published

The organisers of Jersey Live say they have got bigger and better plans for next year.

About 10,000 people attended each of the two days of the music festival.

The event was headlined by Madness on Saturday and Plan B on Sunday with singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran getting the biggest crowd of the weekend.

Organiser Warren Holt said: "We always try to do more. Hopefully we'll get three days camping [and] three days festival next year."

He said they were working with the island's authorities to get the relevant permissions to extend the festival.
