Jersey Boat Show looking for children to design flag

Jersey school children are being challenged to create a flag for the 2012 Boat Show held in May.
Jersey Marinas launched the art competition for primary schools to find a design to be used during the three-day event.
The winner will take part in the opening ceremony in May, including hoisting the flag.
This is the second year the event has run. In 2011 Angus Montgomery had the winning design.
Commercial Director for Ports of Jersey Myra Shacklady said: "The Boat Show is a community event, appealing to all ages and we thought this was a great way to involve local youngsters.
"The judging panel was very impressed with last year's entries and chose a great design. I am sure this year's pictures will be equally impressive."
The closing date for the competition, which is open to anyone aged 11 and under, is Monday 16 April.
