Channel Islands Christmas Lottery jackpot claimed

The £686,000 Channel Islands Christmas Lottery jackpot has been claimed by an anonymous winner in Jersey.

Profits from the lottery, which was drawn on 20 December, will be shared between the charity associations in Guernsey and Jersey.

The top prize, which was the lowest since 2009, is determined by ticket sales.

The second prize of £50,000 and third prize of £25,000 had already been claimed.
