About 13,000 people have turned out to witness the Battle of Flowers, the biggest tourist event in Jersey.
The Olympics, Carnival and the Toy Story films were the inspiration for the dozens of floats at the event.
The 26 floats, made with a mixture of real and paper flowers, came in a variety of sizes from large parish-built affairs to small family efforts.
The Optimists Club won the main prize, the Prix d'Honneur, for the fifth year in a row with a ghost ship float.
Steve Bouchard from the club said: "Nobody has ever won it five years in a row so it is something we can be proud of.
"We are putting a few ideas together for next year and we are planning something special."
The Parish of St Clement took the second prize, the Prix d'Excellence, with their Wild West themed float.
Grouville won the parish award with their carnival float.
