Stamps showing Jersey's iconic statues issued

The statues and sculptures range in subject from local maritime history to classical mythology

A set of stamps showing iconic statues and sculptures located around Jersey has been issued.

Jersey Post said images on the six stamps had been captured by local photographer Andy Le Gresley.

The statues featured include Le Traveilleux d'Cauchie, which depicts a dockworker pulling a rope and King George II.

The stamps will be available from Thursday.
