Syria agreement 'must be delivered' - John Kerry
US Secretary of State John Kerry has accused the Syrian government of "blatantly violating" the nine-week Syria truce.
About 250 people have reportedly been killed in Aleppo in the past nine days.
Speaking after talks in Geneva, Mr Kerry said it was also "imperative" that humanitarian workers were given "countrywide" access.
