Could Obama have ever lived up to expectations?

As Barack Obama comes to the end of his tenure, democratic intellectual Dr Cornel West says his legacy was one of increased inequality instead of being "a bold fighter for justice".

Dr West told Radio 4's The World Tonight "the economy now is more unequal than it was before."
