'Now is time for US to punish Assad'

The US should attack the air capability of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in retaliation for the chemical attack, says a former US Navy admiral.

This would send a signal for his "complete violation" of international law, says James Stavridis, now the dean at Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
