Islamic State 'Beatles': 'If you harm an American, you will face American justice'

Two ex-British alleged Islamic State (IS) group suspects have been charged with terrorism offences over the deaths of four American hostages.

Alexanda Kotey and El Shafee Elsheikh, originally from west London, are accused of belonging to an IS cell dubbed "The Beatles" involved in kidnappings in Iraq and Syria.

At a press conference, US Assistant Attorney General John Demers warned terrorists they would face "American justice" if they harmed Americans.
