US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken opens China talks with rebuke

High-level talks between the US and China have begun with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken saying the US would "discuss our deep concerns with actions by China".

In response, China's senior foreign policy official, Yang Jiechi, accused Washington of using its military might and financial supremacy to suppress other countries.
