US envoy: Russia sending chilling message to world

The US ambassador to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, tells the BBC that Russia is ratcheting up tensions on Ukraine.

"What we see them doing is escalate instead of de-escalate," she said, citing Russia's recent military drills with Belarus.
